New coastal family home
Nearing completion. This home is constructed from a blend of timber framed walls, clad in vertical cedar, exposed in-situ concrete walls and polished concrete floor slabs. It is situated on a stunning building platform overlooking the Pataua River. Utilising passive solar design principles, the concrete elements will keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter.
