Felicity Christian Architect
Felicity has practiced architecture in Whangarei since 1997. Primarily working as a sole practitioner, many of her designs have been completed into successful buildings. These include rural residential homes, coastal dwellings, Kindergartens, villa alterations, outdoor structures and commercial fit-outs.
She designs her buildings with a creative blend of innovation and practicality, responding to the aspirations of the client and the immediate and broader environment conditions – resulting in effective and integrated built responses.
Architectural services offered range from site selection, concept design, documentation and tendering, through to full supervision and contract administration. Previous experience in the fields of engineering and landscape design prior to the dedication to architecture, contribute to her professional knowledge.

Jeff Brickell Architect
Jeff has recently come ‘home’ to Northland, having lived in Wellington for the past 15 years. Now settled in Ngunguru with his young family he is enjoying being part of a strong local community.
Jeff has qualifications and a background in Landscape, having previously established ‘O² Landscapes’ a landscape design and construction company in Auckland.
It was a natural progression from Landscape to Architecture. Jeff graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Architecture (First Class Honours) in 2002.
Initially employed as an architectural graduate, Jeff worked with Herbst Architects in Auckland, then more recently as an architect with McKenzie Higham Architecture in Wellington, having gained registration with the New Zealand Registered Architects Board.
Jeff’s most recent role with McKenzie Higham was as Project Architect for the brand new, award winning, state of the art, Amesbury School. The school was the first new school in Wellington for 25 years and has a Green Star ‘5 Star’ rating for sustainability.
Professional experience in all stages of the architectural process – from project initiation through the design and documentation phases to contract administration, including a range of procurement methods, has been attained. Jeff has a broad range of project experience, including residential alterations and additions, new dwellings, social housing, education, commercial and industrial.
Jeff has a particular passion for site specific design. He utilises the latest 3D CAD software to create virtual models of site and building and to test and present ideas.
